Richard DeWeese is a native of Huntsville Alabama. He attended the University of Alabama School of Law, receiving a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, in 2007.
Richard began his practice with an Am Law 100 firm in Atlanta, GA. He returned to Montomery in 2015, and since then his practice has focused on commercial litigation and corporate transactions. As lead counsel, Richard has obtained defense judgments in several multi-million dollar actions, and has represented multiple Fortune 500 companies in civil litigation and corporate transactions.
Richard also appears regularly before the Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles, representing clients seeking the granting of a pardon or requesting parole.
